Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group will distribute cash dividends for the second half of 2016 on 14 February through Saudi British Bank (Sabb).
Shareholders of record by the end of the trading session on 2 February 2017 will be entitled to receive dividends, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company's board approved on 19 January to distribute 6.5% dividends or SAR 0.65 per share for H2-16, of a total amounts to SAR 35.75 million.
Al Hokair generated profits of SAR 20.2 million in Q4-16, down 36.68% from SAR 31.9 million in Q4-15.
