Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Jazira Capital Markets company has announced a cash dividend distribution to the unitholders of Al Jazira REIT, equivalent to 3.38% of the unit's initial price or SAR 0.338 for each unit, for the second half (H2) of 2020 and the first half (H1) of 2021.
The cash dividend distribution stands at 4.7% of the net asset value, aggregating at a total value of SAR 4 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The dividends will be distributed over 11.8 million outstanding units.
