Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jouf Cement Company announced signing a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Riga Co to convert its second production line to manufacture white cement.
The deal will enter into force as of the signing date for a period of six months, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.
In October 2018, the Saudi-based cement producer inked an agreement with Palestine’s Sanad Trading and Marketing to export 50,000 tonnes of cement and clinker per year.
During the full-year 2018, Al Jouf reported a net loss of SAR 39.5 million.
