Al Kathiri Holding EGM approves SAR 45.2m capital increase

Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company’s extraordinary assembly has given the go ahead to increase the company’s capital by SAR 45.208 million via a rights issue.

Therefore, the new capital will stand at SAR 90.417 million, compared to a previous of SAR 45.208 million, according to a stock exchange disclosure on Tuesday.

The capital hike will support the expansion of the company's activities and will provide working capital to enable the firm to raise its operational capacity and support its future activities.

Eligibility will be to the shareholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) date that will approve the capital hike.
