Mubasher: Al Mal Investment announced that Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Co decided to sell 117.14 million shares in Al Mal.
This stake will be sold at a guide price of 43.2 fils per share, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
On 6 November, Al Khair announced its intention to exit Al Mal in which AL Khair owns 37.76% of capital.
In another bourse statement, Al Khair said that it approved the offer proposed from Khalid Al Zayed to purchase 8% or 24.82 million of Al Khair’s stake in Al Mal.
