Dubai-Mubasher: Al Khaleej Investment (KICO) will hold its shareholders’ meeting on 9 April to discuss a board proposal of 10% cash dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The board recommended 10% dividends or AED 0.1 per share, amounting to AED 10 million.
The shareholder will also discuss financials for 2015.
