Mubasher: Al Khaleej Takaful Group said Sunday that its board of directors accepted the resignation of the company’s managing director, Saud Bin Abdulla Al Thani, upon his request.
The board decided to appoint Al Thani as a CEO for the company, according to a bourse filing.
