Al Khaleej Training, Labor Ministry ink SAR 18m deal

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Al Khaleej Training and Education has signed a SAR 18 million ($4.80 million) contract with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD) to operate a unified communication call centre for the ministry.

The financial impact of the eight-month deal will appear in the fourth quarter of 2018 and in 2019, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.

On 18 October, the firm won a one-year agreement from the General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) at SAR 23.1 million to provide the authority with the unified communications services.

Al Khaleej Training and Education’s stock levelled up 4.88% to close Sunday’s trading session at SAR 13.32.
