Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Khaleej Training and Education Company has signed a sale and purchase agreement on 29 August to acquire 60% equity in Al Roqi National Schools Company.
The total value of the acquisition transaction stands at SAR 12.81 million, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The two parties agreed to amend the payment of the first installment to become SAR 9.23 million instead of SAR 7.04 million.
Al Khaleej Training and Al Roqi also agreed to expand the construction of the Girls and Boys complexes with an expected amount of SAR 36.5 million.
