Riyadh - Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Al Khaleej Training and Education approved on Sunday the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at SAR 0.5 per share.
The dividends will total SAR 20 million, representing 5% of the total capital, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
The eligibility for the dividends will be for shareholders registered at the end of the trading session on day of the EGM.
The day of the distribution will be revealed later, the statement added.
The EGM has also approved the board and auditor’s reports, as well as the financial statements of the last year.
