Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Central Bank, known as the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), on Tuesday signed a three-year, SAR 34.1 million agreement with Al Khaleej Training and Education company.
Under the deal, Al Khaleej Training will develop, manage, and operate SAMA's communication centres, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The Saudi firm will also be responsible for developing the operational facility for unified call centres in SAMA.
Al Khaleej Training and Education last reported signing a SAR 17.5 million contract with the Ministry of Justice to provide it with the unified call services within 12 months, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The company’s stock levelled down 0.15% to close Tuesday’s trading session at SAR 13.38.
