Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Khaleej Training and Education's board recommended a distribution of 5% cash dividends for 2016 to shareholders.
The Saudi-listed firm will pay SAR 0.50 per share, with a total of SAR 20 million, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.
Registered shareholders by the end of trades on the date of the general assembly's meeting will be eligible of the dividends. The meeting's date will be announced later on.
The company capital amounts to SAR 400 million, distributed over 40 million shares at a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
Al Khaleej's profits decreased 10% year-on-year to SAR 19.4 million in Q4-16 from SAR 21.56 million in Q4-15.
