Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons said its board has decided to appoint Ali Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari as chairman of the board.
In addition, the board appointed Ibrahim Abdullah Ibrahim Al Mutrafa as vice chairman, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
Last week, Al Khodari posted SAR 17.76 million losses in the first quarter of 2017 against net profits of SAR 2.19 million in Q1-16.
Al Khodari last closed Thursday down 5.7% to SAR 10.67.
