Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Khozama Management Company announced awarding Salini Impregilo the SAR 1.1 billion Al Faisaliah District renovation contract to upgrade Al Khozama’s retail, hospitality, and commercial assets.
The three-year Al Faisaliah District Redevelopment Project includes the SAR 200 million refurbishment of Al Faisaliah Mall and the demolishment of the adjacent Seyahiah and Al Khozama Centre buildings for SAR 900 million. The demolition should give way for the construction of a 16,000-square metre extension for the mall, the five-star Al Khozama Hotel, and parking systems.
The mall extension will bring to life Riyadh’s longest street retail façade.

Salini Impregilo, a multibillion dollar group, has a number of live projects in the Kingdom and the region including the Riyadh Metro.
