Riyadh – Mubasher: Osool & Bakheet Investment Company will distribute SAR 34.98 million worth of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Ma’ather REIT Fund for 2021.
A total of 61.37 million existing units will be eligible for a dividend payout of SAR 0.57 per unit, equivalent to 5.7% of the unit’s initial price, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The dividends will be paid within 15 days from 13 March, which marks the entitlement date.
