Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that an action will be held on Sunday, 10 September, to sell about 145.18 million of Al Madar Finance and Investment’s shares.
The stake represents 67.881% of Al Madar’s capital, according to a bourse filing issued on Sunday.
The premium price for this auction will be 13 fils per share at a total value of KWD 1.89 million.
Al Madar has a capital of KWD 21.39 million distributed on 213.9 million shares, with a total of 6.85 million treasury shares.
