Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Majed Real Estate Company (Al Majdiah) named Khalid bin Abdulrahman Al Majed as the board’s Chairman for the next four years.
Majed bin Abdulrahman Al Majed was appointed as the Vice Chairman until 12 April 2030, according to a bourse filing.
Abdul Salam bin Abdulrahman Al Majed was announced as the Managing Director.
Last March, Al Majdiah expanded its credit facilities with Banque Saudi Fransi to SAR 684.46 million from SAR 550 million.
In January, the company secured a SAR 500 million financing facility from Arab National Bank (ANB) to back its upcoming project, aligning with its strategic expansion plans.
