Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Al Marjan Island, a Ras Al Khaimah top property developer, said it was set to participate in the annual international property exhibition MIPIM, held in Cannes, France between 14 and 17 March 2017.
The Island aims to promote itself as one of the top investment destinations and build strong connections with the industries’ prime players from all over the world through the event, it said in a statement released on Tuesday.
Al Marjan will showcase the developments it has seen recently, and display its influential list of investors during the exhibition, which in turn will reinforce the UAE’s position among the most attractive investments hubs.
MIPIM is expected to attract more than 23,000 participants from around 90 countries this year, including more than 5,000 investors, 3,500 CEOs and decision makers.
The exhibition’s participants are scheduled to discuss the challenges facing the real estate industry and present their insights and best practices across 100 conferences, workshops, and seminars.
“As home to several luxurious resorts, entertainment facilities, and beaches, the exquisite Al Marjan Island is a perfect destination for high-return investments,” the statement added.
