Riyadh – Mubasher: About three private transactions were implemented on Al Mashaar REIT Fund’s stock at a value of SAR 5 million.
The deals saw trading of 721,500 shares, at a value of SAR 6.93 per share, according to the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) data.
The fund’s stock was traded at SAR 7.70 as the highest level during the session, whereas the lowest level was at SAR 7.69.
Private transactions on the stock do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
Private transactions affect the trading volume, value, and the number of transactions.
