Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Mashaar REIT reported a SAR 6.18 million profits in the third quarter of 2019.
Total revenues of the fund recorded SAR 9.73 million in Q3-19, while expenses reached SAR 1.87 million over the same period, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
The fund’s current assets hit SAR 21.43 million during the three-month period between July and September.
However, the fund aims to provide semi-annual income to its unitholders by distributing at least 90% of its net profit.
