Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Mazaya Holding said its shareholders approved 8% dividends, or 8 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total dividend payout amounts to KWD 5.51 million ($17.7 million) for FY16.
The company’s capital amounts to KWD 68.83 million, distributed on 688.3 million shares at 100 fils per share.
