Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohammed Al-Mojil Group on Sunday posted a net loss of SAR 12.7 million in April, bringing total accumulated losses to SAR 3.59 billion or 287% of capital.
Net loss between January and April this year totalled SAR 11.6 million, while loss per share (LPS) stood at SAR 0.09, the company said in a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The company's shareholders are scheduled to convene on 24 May to vote on liquidating the company or keeping it running and delegating the board to take the necessary actions.
