Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohammed Al-Mojil Group on Tuesday reported a net loss of SAR 12.1 million ($3.2 million) in May, bring total accumulated losses to SAR 23.7 million or 288% of capital, according to a bourse filing.
Operating losses reached SAR 8.6 million in May, the company added.
On 24 May, the company's shareholders convened and decided not to liquidate the company and delegated the board to take the necessary actions.
