Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Mommar Information Systems (MIS) announced signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Fingerprint Consulting Company and its partners, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
The aim of the non-binding six-month MoU is to study Al Mommar's opportunity to acquire 75% of the shares sold by the Egyptian company to establish a mixed company with limited liability.
During this period, the Saudi company will conduct legal and financial due diligence and study the statutory requirements in Egypt.
