Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Refreshments Company (ERC) announced that its board of directors approved on Saturday the appointment of Mana Saeed Al Mulla as board chairman.
In addition, Abdullah Eissa Al Zaaby will act as vice chairman, ERC said in a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.
The board previously consisted of Abdullah Al Qubaisi as chairman, along with three board members, namely: Mohamed Al Owais, Talal Al Hashmi, and Abdulla Al Zaabi.
