Dubai – Mubasher: Al Naboodah Construction Group announced that it has won a number of new contracts for several new projects.
The contracts, totalling AED 750 million ($204.23 million) include a deal to construct new headquarters for a leading airline company.
Under the contracts, Al Naboodah will establish new emergency service buildings, roads, street light construction, and install utilities for a residential development, in addition to four sub-stations for the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the company revealed in a statement.
Al Naboodah will appoint Mitsubishi Electric Corporation to construct three of the four sub-stations for DEWA, it added, noting that the fourth will be built in partnership with Siemens.
The UAE-based company is scheduled to start working on the sub-stations in July, while completion is slated for early 2020.
