Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company announced the distribution of SAR 270 million interim cash dividends to shareholders for the second half (H2) of 2020.
Dividends will be distributed at SAR 3 per share, representing 30% of the share’s nominal value, according to the company’s disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
The distribution is set to take place on 1 April 2021, bringing the total cash dividends distributed by the company for last year to SAR 540 million, at SAR 6 per share.
