Dubai – Mubasher: Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) appointed Al Qabdah Building Contracting as the main contractor for the middle-income housing project of its Alandalus residential community.
Based on the AED 400 million contract, Al Qabdah was assigned to build six residential towers (towers C to H), according to a press release.
The project contains 715 residential units, 95 townhouse units, and retail centre, and is planned to be completed before EXPO 2020.
Two towers within the project were sold, and this indicates that Jumeirah Golf is committed to providing the perfect product with the suitable price, CEO Youssef Kazem said.
