Dubai - Mubasher: Azizi Developments said that it has awarded a construction contract worth AED 118 million to Al-Qandeel Contracting Company in order to complete the construction of the Azizi Aura residential project in in Downtown Jebel Ali.
The company said in a statement on Monday that the project’s total number of units amount to 479 units, including 349 studio apartments, 87 single room apartments, and 43 two bedroom apartments, adding that it also contains retail stores that span across 16,000 square feet.
