Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) ordered Al Rajhi Bank to return what was over debited from the customers' accounts in December's installment.
SAMA added in a statement that the bank was directed to contact the affected clients and reschedule the delayed installment without any additional fees.
Al Rajhi Bank announced earlier a dysfunction led to deducting more than the stated percentage for December's installment.
