Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Rajhi Bank decided returning the whole installment sum of November to the customers after the technical failure happened.
The bank announced earlier that a technical failure led to deducting more than the stated percentage for November installment from December's.
On Twitter, the bank called in its customers to be in contact to reschedule the delayed installment.
Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) ordered Al Rajhi Bank to return what was over debited from the customers' accounts in December's installment.
