Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Rajhi Capital announced the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 45.3 million to the unitholders of Al Rajhi REIT Fund for the period from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2020.
At SAR 0.28 per unit, the distributions will be to 161.856 million existing units, according to a stock exchange statement on Monday.
The distributions represent 2.8% of the unit’s initial price and 2.86% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June 2020.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of Thursday, 11 February 2021, end of the trading day on 9 February 2021.
The dividends will be paid within 15 business days from the due date.
