Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Rajhi Capital on Tuesday announced the distribution of SAR 39.1 million cash dividends to unit-holders of Al Rajhi REIT Fund for the first six months of 2019.
The number of eligible units amounts to 122.2 million, according to a bourse statement.
Dividend accounts for 3.14% of net asset value, while the dividend per unit stood at SAR 0.32, which represents 3.2% of the par value.
“Eligibility of dividends shall be for unit-holders in the register per Tadawul records as of 4 August 2019 (end of trading day on 31 July 2019,” the statement revealed.
The company will pay dividends within 10 business days after the eligibility date.
