Dubai – Mubasher: Al Ramz Corporation for Investment and Development Co. PSC (formerly Dubai Development) said its board of directors approved on Wednesday the assignment of Big4 to prepare an assessment for the takeover of Al Ramz Capital, according to a bourse filing.
The board also elected Khalifa Mohamed Al-Kandari as chairman and Dhafer Sahmy Al-Ahbabi as his deputy, but delayed naming a chief executive office for the next meeting.
The company’s board also gave a nod to relocating the company’s main office to Fairmont Hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road.
