Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-listed Al Ramz Corporation for Investment and Development Co. said that its board will convene on 6 January to discuss acquisition of Al Ramz Capital, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
Al Ramz Corporation will appoint an assessment company to complete the acquisition.
The board will discuss electing the board chairman and deputy chairman, in addition to the appointment of CEO.
