Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Company inked an agreement with National Petroleum Technology Company (NESR) at a value exceeding SAR 1.10 billion.
The deal, signed on 24 December 2025, covers the supply of high-quality silica sand, which is a key component in unconventional gas extraction operations at the Jafurah Field, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the contract is expected to have a positive impact on Al Rasheed’s revenues starting from the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 and throughout the five years.
This aligns with the company’s growth strategy to achieve the targeted returns.
