Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Al Rasikhoon Real Estate has announced launching two projects at a combined value of AED 550 million in the emirate of Ajman.
The projects are considered part of the Emirati real estate developer's efforts to attract more local and foreign investors from the GCC and Arab regions, the company said.
The first project is “Ajman Global” and locates in the heart of the emirate with more than AED 500 billion in investments, Al Rasikhoon's general manager Khalifa Sultan bin Harib said.
It includes apartments and shops with an area starting from 400 metres, while their prices begin from AED 600,000, Al Bayan newspaper reported, citing bin Harib as saying.
The project also will comprise a public park, ten parks for children, three mosques, in addition to other facilities, the general manager added.
The second project will be a residential tower that will be located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Ajman with AED 50 million in investments, the general manager said.
Spanning 10,000 acres (feddans), the residential tower will comprise of 13 floors, and it is expected to be completed by 2020, he added.
