Mubasher: Al Ritaj Holding Company has sold its full stake in National Pharmaceutical Industries (NPI) to Oman Investment Fund (OIF), the seller informed the manufacturer on Monday.
Al Ritaj Holding along with Al Ritaj Investment had plans to sell their entire 34.74 million shares in NPI, an announcement in early December said, adding that the deal will not have an impact on the company’s financial position.
