Kuwait-Mubasher: Al Safat Energy Holding narrowed its losses in the fourth quarter when it posted nearly KWD 621,220 ($2.05 million) as compared to KWD 19.6 million ($64.56 million) in Q4-14.
The Kuwait-listed firm registered losses worth about KWD 713,420 ($2.36 million) during the fiscal year 2015, compared to KWD 20.12 million ($66.66 million) in FY14, a decrease of 96.5%.
Al Safat Energy’s board recommended freezing dividends for FY15.
On the stock market, Al Safat Energy started Sunday’s session with a fall of 4% to 12 fils, after about 784,650 shares were traded with a value of approximately KWD 9,420.
