Mubasher: Al Safat Holding has sold 5.6 million shares in Senergy Holding through a private transaction, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The transaction was executed at a value of 30 fils per share or about KWD 168,000 ($555,700).
It is noteworthy that Senergy has a capital of KWD 20 million distributed on 200 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
At the stock level, Senergy closed Wednesday’s session 2.91% higher at 28.3 fils.
It is noteworthy that private transactions do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, nor the sector indices.
