Dubai – Mubasher: Al Safwa Mubasher Financial Services, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), on Sunday announced the appointment of Abdel Hadi Al Sadi as the company’s CEO.
Accordingly, Al Sadi will be authorised to represent the company before the governmental and regulatory bodies and banks, Al Safwa Mubasher said in a statement to the DFM.
In June 2018, the Dubai-listed firm had amended its articles of association to reduce the number of its board members to five.
It is worth noting that Al Safwa Mubasher launched a more comprehensive and responsive version of Mubasher Trade Plus in the Middle East last May. The new online trading platform provides investors with information, analysis, and trading tools.
