Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company signed an agreement worth SAR 23.7 million with Maharah Human Resources Company to provide insurance services.
The contract carries a maturity period of one year starting 12 December, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
In November, Al Sagr renewed its contract with Maharah at a value of SAR 19.9 million.
The said deal will not result in any financial impacts, Al Sagr noted.
Earlier in December, Al Sagr announced that the contract is expected to see annual premiums of 5% of the company’s annual total sales.
