Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance announced an agreement with Mahara Human Resources Company on Monday.
The deal's period is for one year starting from the date of signing the contract on 12 December.
Under the agreement, Al Sagr will provide the HR Company with insurance services with total expected annual installments reaching SAR 12 million, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The deal is likely to have a positive impact on the insurance company's 2016 and 2017 results.
