Mubasher: The main index of the Bahrain Bourse (BHB), on Wednesday, rose in early trading by 0.20% or 2.40 points to the level of 1,184.07 points.
By 10:15am Manama time, trading volume reached 2.80 million shares exchanged at BHD 337,826 through 27 transactions.
The index was backed the rise in Alba by 4.3% to BHD 0.097 and Alba by 1.3% to BHD 0.308.
Ahli Bank led the trading activity with a volume of 259,080 shares exchanged at BHD 408,000; the stock was flat.
