Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has purchased 320,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 25 September 2019.
Accordingly, the bank’s total holding of treasury shares increased to 50.850 million from 50.530 million, representing 2.295% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had bought 335,000 treasury shares on the DFM and BHB on 24 September 2019.
