Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has purchased 150,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 2 October 2019.
This brings the bank’s total holding of treasury shares to 52.714 million from 52.564 million, representing 2.379% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had bought 555,000 treasury shares on the DFM (DFM) and BHB on 1 October 2019.
