Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has purchased 750,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 6 October 2019.
Accordingly, the bank’s total holding of treasury shares grew to 54.364 million from 53.614 million, representing 2.453% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had bought 900,000 treasury shares on the DFM and BHB on 3 October 2019.
