Mubasher: Al Salam Bank – Bahrain announced it has bought 555,000 treasury shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse (BHB) on 1 October 2019.
This brings the bank’s total holding of treasury shares to 52.564 million from 52.009 million, representing 2.372% of issued share capital, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that Al Salam Bank had purchased 397,000 treasury shares on the DFM (DFM) and BHB on 29 September 2019.
