Mubasher: GFH announced that Jassim Al Seddiqi has resigned from the board of directors, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
In April 2017, GFH has agreed on raising the number of its board members to ten.
According to the latest data on the Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) website, the current board chairman of GFH is Ahmed Bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
