Cairo – Mubasher: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 25 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 30.25 million.
The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, in addition to the board and auditor’s reports on the year, according to a bourse filing released on Thursday.
